Rod Swift |

Rod was a Hardware Engineer at RAE Farnborough before leaving in 1983 to
co-found computer games company, Digital Integration Ltd. He served first as Technical Director
and then as Managing Director after the company was sold to Titus, a French plc.
Rod created a world-class team of programmers and graphics artists, and designed,
developed and published market leading flight simulators including
F18 Super Hornet, Fighter Pilot, Hind, Tomahawk, Apache Longbow and F16 Combat Pilot.

Andrew was Publishing Director of On-line Plc from 1998 to 2000 and created
and launched the On-line Sports CD ROM publishing label. From 1991 he was
Managing Director of 21st Century Entertainment and created the world's leading
pinball simulator CD ROM label releasing chart topping titles such as Pinball Dreams,
Pinball Fantasies and Pinball Illusions. Between 1983 and 1991 he was Managing Director
of Hewson Consultants Ltd and published over 200 ground-breaking computer games
including Uridium, Paradroid, Cybernoid, Nebulus. He also founded the European
Leisure Software Publishers Association (ELPSA) which controls the voluntary
age-rating system for all computer and video games and
served as first chairman. Before 1983 he was a government scientist.
